Using HappyHorse means you accept these Terms of Service in full. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, please discontinue use of the platform.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. Every action taken under your account is your responsibility.

Credits and Payments

Credits are reserved at the start of a generation and confirmed on success. Failed generations trigger an automatic credit refund — no manual claim required. Credit packs do not expire but are non-refundable once used. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with advance notice.

Acceptable Use

You may not use HappyHorse to produce content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights. Accounts found in violation of this policy may be suspended immediately and without prior warning.

Intellectual Property

All content you create through HappyHorse remains yours. We assert no ownership over your generated videos or images. The HappyHorse platform, codebase, and branding are our exclusive intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

HappyHorse is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or unavailability.

Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continuing to use HappyHorse after an update signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
