Credit Purchases
Credit packs on HappyHorse are one-time transactions. Your credits land in your account the moment payment clears and remain valid for one year from the purchase date.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund on any credit pack where zero credits have been consumed, provided the request is made within 7 days of the original purchase. Once any credits from a pack have been spent on generations, that pack is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.
Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a platform error on our side, the reserved credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact support — the refund happens instantly in the background.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at the address listed on the HappyHorse website with your account email and order reference. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Free Credits
Welcome Bonus credits issued at signup have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged. They exist solely to let you evaluate the platform before committing to a purchase.
Exceptions
HappyHorse reserves the right to decline refund requests linked to suspected abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms of Service violations. Where circumstances warrant, we may issue partial credit refunds or account credits at our sole discretion.
